Join us for the 43rd Annual Victorian Stroll/ILCHV Open House! Hot Chocolate Bar, Victorian Stroll 2024 Stop in to say hi, grab a treat and learn a little bit about what we do in the community. All are welcome, and this event is free!  Featuring: Live Music Hot Chocolate Bar Homemade Treats 50/50 Raffle  

    The meeting will take place at the Independent Living Center of the Hudson Valley, located at 15 Third Street in downtown Troy. We are excited to welcome Giselle Lora, Operations Manager of Capital Streets to our group. Ms. Lora will introduce Capital Streets to the group and give some insight into their work.
